about the project
The interviews, writings and art in these books were collected six years ago by antoinette nora claypoole (recent Oregon Literary Arts Award recipient) while she lived here in Taos (her “second” home). Local artists/writers opened up their hearts and art for the project and it is finally in print! A grassroots “homegrown” edition published by Wild Embers Press, la puerta, Taos the art of fetching Sky is “a biography of place” and includes... stories about old Taos from an interview with Art Bachrach
